What makes e build good is the level 4 and 13 which you already have in this build anyway. And the talents you used to pick were the cdr on 7 and more q dmg on 16 right? Which weren't nerfed directly either. It's just rage as a basekit is nerfed so there's not much tiptoeing around it with talent selection. Only the level 1 is mandatory now i think but it pretty much used to be mandatory anyway, and the level 4 rage talent was a good option that i picked more often than the e talent tbh but now I'm not so sure about it.
